Each store only stays open for 30 days.
Pop-Up has opened 8 locations in 6 cities, Chicago, LA, Miami, DC, Austin and Denver is opening this fall. NYC is planning a permanent market of Pop-Up Grocer's.
Most brands are Vegan (90%), Women, LGBTQ, and minority owned.
Stores are typically 1,000 sq. ft. and feature 120-150 emerging brands and 300-400 items.
All products are New-To-Market and Better-For-You.
