Well, it was a 60 degree sunny day on the patio of the General Store as five former retailers gathered to witness first hand the effects of years of physical abuse...still walking, still coherent, still eating under their own steam. Tim Sauer,ready to under take a knee replacement and again run marathons…sort of. Hopefully he will benefit from the new procedures. Dave Schoenbeck is still consulting 3 days per week and enjoying his six grand children. His daughter just moved to Nashville to undertake her new business…very exciting. Curt Larson is currently in Arizona and will be live on a cruise around the Hawaiian islands in a week…he never changes. Family is well and he is focusing on minor adjustments to his medical regimen. Mark Panzer indicates that some of our ole group face some residential damage in the last couple of Florida Hurricanes…multiple damages unfortunately. No physical injuries but large renovations are necessary. Thought we would see Stan, but he was volunteering at the Schwab golf tournament with Deone. Ron Grove must have been enjoying his new home down on Scottsdale Rd and we thought we might see Haven, but not this time. We had plenty of discussion about Byron Luke, John Terry, famous road trips, and the leadership styles we all remember fondly…well they did make you a better person. Everyone, have a great weekend.
