It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Bob Peterson on Sept.11th.
Bob was a long time Manager and Market Manager who grew up in the business, working in a variety of positions and stores. When he was promoted to Store Manager, he opened and for many years ran the Santa Monica Sav-on Drugs which became the highest volume store in the company at that time.
Bob's family was at his side and he will be dearly missed by so many. Please join the Alumni club in keeping Bob and the Peterson family in your thoughts and prayers. RIP Bob.
I had the opportunity to work with Bob. He was a very thoughtful kind and caring man. I enjoyed my conversations with him on store visits and company events. He was always ready and willing to help others. My sincere thought and prayers go out to his daughter Deanna.

Bob hired me in 1978 at the Santa Monica Sav-on and later managed the Northridge store which I had transferred to years later. He was always upbeat and a joy to work for. RIP Bob. Karen A Nicholson
