2006: October 28: Mark Shadle

Mark Shadle, Sr. 57, died unexpectedly at his home in Boise, Idaho on October 25, 2006. He graduated from the University of Houston with a BS degree in Pharmacy. During his life, he lived in Texas, Utah, Arizona and Idaho. At the time of his death, he was employed by Albertsons LLC as a Group Vice President of Pharmacy. He is survived by his wife, of 38 years, Kathryn of Boise, daughter Amy Lucy Garms of Lubbock, Texas, Son Mark Shadle, Jr. and wife Amy of Boise, and four grandchildren. Services were held November 16, 2006 in Hurst, Texas. In remembrance of Mark and to celebrate his like with a more lasting legacy, the family has established the Mark Shadle Memorial Scholarship Endowment at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. Anyone wishing to remember Mark and to honor his service to his profession is free to contribute to this endowment.
