Rich had a friendly outgoing personality and I always enjoyed my interaction with him. This also carried over to customer service in his store. He will be missed.
Armin Quedzuweit recalls: Rich was always a jolly man when I worked with him and never turned down a lunch invitation. He kept his store up to speed and his people enjoyed working with him.
Personally, I enjoyed seeing his smile. He also knew when to be serious and get the job done.
