FAQs - General

Only general information (less than 5% of our content) is available to the general public without a login.  Registered users have access to additional site content which includes: features, news items, etc. 


  1. Click REGISTER to create a user profile on this website.
  2. A new window opens, enter the requested information (name, address, email, etc.)
  3. When finished, click the 'Register' button at the bottom of the screen

Your registration application is then emailed to us.  Within 24 hours, you will receive an email notification indicating the status of your registration.

Paid membership is required to access most areas of the website and to receive other membership benefits.  Dues can be paid via the PayPal link on the homepage or via mail by submitting a membership form.

Yes, registration is free.  Upon registration, your access will be limited and that of a guest.   After several weeks, when you have had time to assess, you will receive an email from one of the club members inviting you to join the club.  Membership is $15 annually.  A paid membership grants a user full access to all areas of the website (photos, videos, flashbacks, member directory, Connections Newsletters, People Magazine archive, etc.).  See MEMBERSHIP for view other membership benefits.


Membership is open to current employees, retirees and former employees of Osco Drug, Jewel Osco, Sav-on Drugs and affiliated companies - both past and present: Supervalu, Albertsons, American Stores Company, American Drug Stores, Buttrey Food & Drug, Skaggs Drug Centers, Jewel Food Companies, Republic Lumber, Turn*Style, RxAmerica, Health'n'Home.  Due to the fact that the company has fragmented, we no longer have a retirement or length of service stipulation.

  2. In the 'User Login section' at the left, click 'Forgot Login?'
  3. At the next screen, click the 'Forgot username' box
  4. At the prompt, input your email address (which you used when you registered)
  5. Click the 'Send Username/Password' button
  6. You will be sent an email notification immediately which contains your username.  Check your spam folder if this is not the case.

  2. In the 'User Login' section at the left, click 'Forgot Login?'
  3. At the next screen, click the 'Forgot Password' box
  4. At the prompt, input your email address (which you used when you registered) and your username
  5. Click the 'Send Password' button
  6. A new password will be generated and sent to you via email immediately.  Check your spam folder if this is not the case
  7. If you get a message indicating 'The email does not exist on this site.' and you cannot remember your email address, see that FAQ(link).

  2. In the 'Member Login' section at the left, input your current Username and Password
  3. Click the 'Login' button
  4. On the next screen, on the mid left section, click the 'Edit My Profile' menu link
  5. On the new screen under 'Edit Details' click the 'Contact Info' menu tab
  6. Input the fields you which to change, 'Username' and/or 'Password'.  If changing your password, you will need to also input it at the 'Verify Password' field
  7. Click the 'Update' button and your changes will be saved

  4. On the next screen, on the mid left section, click the 'Edit My Profile' menu link
  5. On the new screen under 'Edit Details' click the 'Portrait' menu tab
  6. At the 'Profile Image', click on the dropdown and select 'upload impage, if you wish to use a personal photo on your PC or selct 'Select an image from Gallery' if you wish to use an image the Club has on file
  7. Click the 'Update' button and your changes will be saved
